Sediment Prevention
The erosion and sedimentation control measures offer an effective means of reducing erosion and preventing damage to both the construction area, off site properties, stream and lakes. However, these measures, as well as the site and other involved area, must be well vegetated to operate properly.
During and after earthmoving or soil disturbing activities, including the activities related to siting, drilling, completing, producing, servicing and plugging the well, constructing, utilizing and restoring the access road and restoring the site, the operator shall design, implement and maintain best management practices in accordance with erosion and sediment control procedures and standards and an erosion and sediment control plan prepared under that procedures.
NoDoC try to localize this item with regard to the site conditions and simulate the cost of the erosion and sediment control.
